Bij annulering voor het tijdstip waarop krachtens de horecaovereenkomst de eerste horecadienst zal moeten worden verleend, nader te noemen: “de ingangsdatum”, is de klant gehouden de volgende percentages van de reserveringswaarde die door de klant betaald moeten worden bij annulering aan het horecabedrijf te betalen:
Meer dan 2 maanden voor de ingangsdatum: 0%
Meer dan 1 maand voor de ingangsdatum: 25%
Meer dan 14 dagen voor de ingangsdatum: 50%
Meer dan 7 dagen voor de ingangsdatum: 75%
7 dagen of minder voor de ingangsdatum: 100%
De annuleringspercentages gelden over het gehele reserveringsbedrag (incl. arrangement), exclusief toeristenbelasting.
Deelname aan het evenement is op eigen risico.
Honden zijn helaas niet toegestaan in het gehele hotel.
In the event of cancellation before the time at which the first hospitality service is to be provided under the hospitality agreement, hereinafter referred to as “the commencement date,” the customer is obliged to pay the hospitality company the following percentages of the reservation value in case of cancellation:
